Deputy head of the international Committee of the Russian State Duma, Alexey Chepa, told RIA Novosti: “The issue of North Korea would not be solved through the pressure on Pyongyang, there is need for diplomatic negotiations, however, it is beneficial for some circles in the United States to sell weapons to Japan. There is a large number of American weapons concentrates around North Korea, in South Korea, and Japan. And these weapons, including those located on these territories, could be threaten for us. This is a problem for us. And this is a business for an arms lobby”.
