The 4B factor; asFour Billion on the march; a billion displaced due to pandemic, a billion replaced due to technology, a billion misplaced in wrong jobs now a billion on starvation-watch. Today, digitally connected this is now the biggest force of global opinion ever assembled in the history of civilization. Imagine the power and energy behind.
Economy is now a number one issue: However, there is no political power unless there is a parallel economic power; after all, there cannot be any economic power without entrepreneurial job-creator-mindset power. Proof of performance is now mandatory, entrepreneurial skill sets a necessity and time running out. Get ready for evaluations.
Fact: No other time in the history of humankind, today, the largest ever combined populace, and ever so interconnected global opinion will hold responsible, the so few ever so disconnected with truth and for bringing humankind so close to a nuclear dystopia.
Fact: So long there is NO clear agenda and active-mechanism on recognizing the sum total of all the small medium business economies of the G20 nations as the largest contributor of taxes all the G20 nations combined and hence lack of such understanding causing local grassroots prosperity disruptions amongst all free economies of G20.
Fact: Today, Mobilization of national SME economies in free economy within G20 still an out of reach science for the leading economic development teams and therefore national level up-skilling of exporters and re-skilling of manufacturers to embrace global exportability still missing as top agenda from G20
Fact: If elections of UK, Brazil and USA already represent mega-shifts of minds today; the global imbalances already point to new thinking, while the lingering silence and absence of hardcore programs to adjust will only further strangle economic survival. Where is the new narrative to directly face the crisis; when answers are not hidden in the wars but open dialogues?
The Difficult Questions: Why are nations intoxicated in joy over the success and popularity of their own “national opinion”, while having just an opposite “global opinion” on the world stage? Which nation is capable of mobilizing its hidden national entrepreneurialism and providing a future for the next generation? When Political science starts morphing into becoming economic science, when the power of a nation NOT measured by their hard or soft power but by their levels of skilled citizenry capable of standing up to global age competitiveness, where are the skills tests? Why it will not be the sudden arrival of the long awaited Fourth Industrial Revolution; but the surprised arrival of the First Industrial Revolution of the Mind. Study deeply how the mind is opening up and responding to creative entrepreneurial issues, the old concept already dead, now replaced with new thinking. Why SME economies and national mobilization of entrepreneurialism both will provide a wider base to immediately stabilize local citizenry, but how and why?
A world of too many SME studies: There are dozens of laboriously detailed studies on economic numbers on SME affairs around the free world conducted during the last few years. Like watching a movie on Tarzan; where the filming is all about precise measurements of his bow, arrow, knife and underwear, but nothing about who he is, where he came from, how he became Tarzan, why loved by animals, and why is Jane chasing him and why he is called, the King of the Jungle?
Notice how these studies do not refer to any such triangulations on entrepreneurialism. Is it because of the lack of entrepreneurialism amongst the developing teams on SME studies? However here, this narrative is an advanced level entrepreneurial response. Mostly, SME studies conducted are purely academic, critically lacking entrepreneurial job creator mindsets, hence different and disconnected narratives. Without reference on why entrepreneurialism can create new SME economic powers, efficiencies with new global-age ideas with digital platforms, or how SME sectors will grow and be guided by entrepreneurial job creator mindsets. Behold the new revolution, new elections and new leaderships, the new assemblies of “Work + Office + Health + Money + Politics + Future “clash with “AI + AR + VR + Remote + Zoom” prepare for the big surprises within the next hundred days. Meritocracies must arise and face truth; bureaucracies must step aside and apologize. The populace of the world, awakened; now seeking smarter minds for the smarter future, collaborative synthesizing needed for a diverse tolerant society, over seek and destroy doctrine.
The 50/50 Factor: Unless there is a balance between job seeker mindset and job creator mindsets economic development is just a children’s game of numbers and colorful post-it-notes. Unless there is full acceptance that 50% office workers are not coming back and 50% talent is now gone remote, the global HR movements will never recover. Unless there is acceptance of ‘population-rich-nations’ currently leading charge, and that ‘knowledge-rich-nations’ try to collaborate, otherwise 50% of Western economies will remain dark. Broomsticks Flying: When people gather, work appears, and people need state; state needs ruler, and ruler needs laws, because laws govern equally and grassroots prosperity appears. Missing from action is really the African continent: The Group of Twenty (G20) is an informal forum in which the world’s major economies discuss global financial and development issues. The G20 is made up of 19 countries and the European Union. The 19 countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Since December 1st, 2021, Indonesia holds the Presidency of the G20, which is annually rotated amongst its members. A great effort indeed, however, global goals must be for global common good.
