Meritocracy is only painful when refusing change. Corruption only grows when governing laws are for sale. Upskilled citizenry is only possible when competency measured honestly. Exportability only quadruples when right mindsets are on the frontlines. Therefore, national mobilization of entrepreneurialism is only possible when job creator mindsets deliver bold narratives. Ignoring youth and their untapped entrepreneurial talents surrounded by local natural resources is the biggest error of current economies. Therefore, mobilization of SME economies is a logical path. No government agency of the world is perfect without constant learning, constant upskilling and open-minded vision to change to fit the changing world. There are two critical changes; firstly, mass produced and fabricated truth is now becoming smoke; incompetency at higher level at economic governance now the new mirror. Secondly, common sense seeking humankind solutions will now divide nations into blocks and their economies will have either basic calculator to add right amounts in the right columns, the others where success of unlimited zeros simply would not add up. Dynasties failed but not for lack of power, they failed for their deafness; openly visible damage and brutal cruelty deployed towards their own citizenry ignored; the cries and whispers of pain of the masses, missed by the anaconda of deep silence unable to signal the pain of the public. The national – global populace, connected and whispering is still below the radar, underestimation of its power possibly the biggest mistake for the nation. COP27 awaits entrepreneurialism; little achieved otherwise. Hidden in the new thinking is the future of global diversity of micro-trade, micro-manufacturing and micro exports to save national economies and save restless citizens from populism. Rise of the midsize economy, nation by nation, yet, so feared by the top players of the national economy and their subservient policies. No nation without upskilling will stay in the race, no leadership without meritocracy and mobilization skills will survive. Decipherable only via global logistic chain mindsets, visible only via digitized economies of entrepreneurial mindsets and actionable only via entrepreneurial initiatives, such deployments are meritocratic administrations hungry and global-age leadership starved.
