The Democrats have a fighting chance, but overconfidence could be their downfall. Harris and Donald Trump are locked in a dead heat in the pivotal battleground states. Polls show them virtually tied, with results often within the margin of error, meaning the election could swing either way in these critical areas.
The Twin Issues: Inflation and Immigration
Two issues loom large in the minds of voters: inflation and immigration. Many Americans, frustrated by rising costs and worried about border security, lay the blame squarely on the Biden administration. Whether this is fair or not, it is a reality Harris must confront.
